WIM HOF METHOD
Wim Hof Method instructor Tom Parry will teach you how to master your breathing as you dip in one of the freezing ice baths.
AXE & KNIFE THROWING
Learn the art of axe and knife throwing with expert teachers from Back to Wilderness. These workshops only take place on the Saturday and the minimum age for these sessions is 10 years old.
FIRE LIGHTING
Learn the techniques of starting your own fire with bushcraft expert Ray Chin. These workshops only take place on the Saturday and the minimum age for these sessions is 8 years old.
FORAGE WALK & TALK
Join bushcraft expert Ray Chin on a walk as he shows you all of the natural edible produce around the festival site. These workshops only take place on the Saturday and the minimum age for these sessions is 10 years old.
CACAO CEREMONY
Join Victoria Warner on Saturday at 5pm for an incredible cacao ceremony in The Sharing Space. This session is an additional cost and can be booked on the "Extras' booking page.
