“I had the most incredible time at Wellness in the Wild 2026 – it was the first time I've attended a wellness festival, and the first time attending something by myself. The event was extremely welcoming and the atmosphere was wonderful, with all staff and attendees being so kind and supportive. I can't put into words how amazing it was, but it truly was perfect for the soul.”

“I came on my own and loved it! So many people made me feel welcome; spoke to me, included me in their chats and remembered things I'd told them. Next year's tickets already purchased.”

“Was so good to meet you. Was also my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend. Met so many lovely people and had such a positive experience… came home feeling very enlightened and can’t wait to book for next year.”

FAQs

Not at all. Lots of people arrive without knowing anyone, and the festival is a naturally welcoming environment. You’ll be surrounded by people who are there for many of the same reasons: to switch off, try something new, meet like-minded people and enjoy some time for themselves.

You don’t need to arrive with a group to feel part of the festival.

Very easy! There are so many natural opportunities to connect throughout the weekend — from workshops and wellness sessions to shared meals, music, communal spaces and those lovely little conversations that happen along the way.

We also have dedicated solo traveller meet-ups during the weekend, giving you an easy way to meet others who are coming on their own.

And before you arrive, you can join our Facebook group to connect with fellow attendees and start getting to know people: Join the Facebook group here

Absolutely not.

One of the best things about coming solo is that you can make the weekend your own. Join a group when you feel like being social, then take yourself off for some quiet time when you need it.

There’s no pressure to attend every activity or spend every moment with other people. You can connect, recharge and explore at your own pace.

Take a breath — you don’t need a plan for every minute.

Have a wander, get your bearings, look through the programme and choose something that catches your eye. Joining your first workshop or activity is often a great way to settle in and start meeting people.

And remember, there’s no “right” way to experience Wellness in the Wild.

Absolutely. You don’t need any previous festival or wellness experience.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already passionate about wellbeing, there’s space for you here. Come curious, try something new and take from the weekend whatever feels right for you.

Yes. Our team and volunteers are there throughout the festival and are always happy to point you in the right direction, answer questions or simply have a chat.

If you’re feeling a little unsure when you arrive, come and say hello. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

 Connect before you arrive

You might be coming to Wellness in the Wild on your own, but you don’t have to feel like you’re coming alone.

Join our Solo Travellers Facebook Group and start connecting with other festival-goers before you arrive. Say hello, share your plans, ask questions, find familiar faces and even arrange to meet up at the festival.
