Hypnosis- Calm the Mind, Rest the Body (Maria Sanders)

Join Maria Sanders for a calming and informative workshop designed to help you unwind, reset, and sleep more deeply. In this session, you’ll learn how stress affects your brain, discover simple techniques to calm your nervous system, and experience a deeply relaxing group hypnosis session. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or who wants to experience the power of hypnosis.

Maria is a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist who offers in person therapy in Ingatestone and online. She empowers adults and children to become confident, resilient and free from anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem. 

Mixed Circle: Mindful Reflection and Stillness (Lisa Reynolds)

Join Lisa in this seated circle, participants would experience a mindful and quiet reflective session. I would guide gentle breathing practices, meditation, and encourage tuning into the senses to slow down and welcome stillness. This option offers space for a sharing circle, fostering deep introspection and connection. (could add in partner work , eye gazing etc)

Singing Bowl Workshop (Avaja Singing Bowls)

Join David Mitchell for a Singing Bowl workshop. David has embraced Sound Therapy through training with Master Bowl Maker Santa Ratna Shakya in Nepal 9 years ago and also specialises in Sourcing both Singing Bowls and Gongs to retail in the UK describing what he does "As finding home for Singing Bowls by having a hobby that pays the bills".  He has a passion for sharing his knowledge and passing on his learnings. He is currently working on hosting a Workshop in Nepal and the UK with Santa for 2026 as well as various events in the UK
