Thai Stretch Massage

Thai Stretch Table Top Massage uses a combination of deep muscle, acupressure and meridian work along with yoga-inspired sustained stretches and assisted mobilisation. Sending messages deep into the body to trigger adjustments and rebalance of the body, it helps to relax, rebalance and restore.

Bowen Technique

The Bowen Technique is a holistic remedial body technique that works with the soft connective tissues of the body. It is gentle and relaxing and refreshes the parts of the body other therapies cannot reach

Holistic Facial

Holistic facials are not just about glowing skin! Using sinus drainage, lymphatic moves and acupressure on the face, neck, scalp, upper back, and shoulders they help to ease tension and congestion in the body.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. 

Shiatsu
