Rose is a Reiki Master, Practitioner level diploma BAST Sound Therapy. Transporting you through sound where the instruments are played in a therapeutic way, navigating you down to the meditative altered state of consciousness. You can either rest, relax, fall into sleep or work on the ebb and flow you have been putting on hold. Your space is held safely, there is no rushing.

Alex is a Reiki Healer based at The Self Centre in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Treatments include Reiki energy healing, sound, and intuitive messages and are treated fully clothed and often under a blanket.

Gemma Mills is a qualified acupressure and massage therapist and an advanced Shiatsu student, registered with the Shiatsu Society (UK). With over 20 years’ experience in bodywork and healing arts, Gemma offers deeply restorative treatments tailored to support physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Four-Hand Massage with Yoga Stretches and Herbal Poultice - A unique modality developed by Sophie and Gemma that employs synchronised four-hand massage movements to create a fluid experience. 

Ayurvedic Consultations - 1-hour in-depth discussion around health. Your life and medical history are reviewed to identify imbalances, followed by personalised Ayurvedic recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies to restore harmony to your body and mind. 

Ayurvedic Facial Massage - After a mini consultation a specific herbal oil, suited to your dosha will be used for a facial massage and marma point activation.

Rhia Luna-Fae has been practicing holistic therapies for over 12 years now. Specialising in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian head massage, and various other types of massage therapy.

She has a keen love of nature (particularly working with herbs) and is happiest in her garden/wild swimming/running outside or foraging in the woods with her 9 year old son.
