Stacie is a passionate wellbeing advocate who shares practical tools to inspire self-care and build resilience. In her talk, she'll explore how to shake off the 'meh' and bring a bit more positivity into your day.


Kaitlin Colucci

Join Kaitlin for an enlightening talk that will transform your understanding of gut health and its profound impact on your overall wellness. With a rich history of serving within the NHS and as the Lead Outpatient Dietitian at London Bridge Hospital, Kaitlin's expertise is both extensive and deeply rooted in evidence-based practice.

Julie Court

Julie is a certified menopause coach who will be providing an insightful talk on how to manage peri/menopause symptoms with tools to help women feel lighter, happier, and more like their old selves again.

Cat Googe

Cat is super passionate about teaching you how to reconnect with inner joy and loves to facilitate this through her unique blend of laughter yoga, reiki and NLP. She will be taking you on a delicious dive into the delights of laughter and sharing how to find pockets of joy in every day. 

Nick Tettersell

Nick is a trained Sauna Master and has begun sharing rituals and bodywork around the UK. He will be giving a talk on sauna culture and how it has helped him deal with past trauma and begin to find inner peace & acceptance.

Bianca Armitage

Bianca is a Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consultant. She will be giving practical tools to give you more energy, boost mood and enhance sleep (leveraging hardwired biology which is more potent than caffeine).

The Family Psychologists

Clinical Psychologists Nici and Victoria will explain the neuropsychological reasons driving us to connect with others and demonstrate how to communicate to help improve the quality of relationships in your life. They will also provide a talk that allows individuals to join in with reflective exercises to connect with your emotional needs, and share skills to practice emotional self-care.

Zoe Godfrey

This is a non-judgmental, relatable approach designed to help grey area drinkers realise they have a choice.

Zoe shares her personal journey and introduces some of the key terms and tools that supported her along the way. Since becoming an accredited sober coach in 2022, she has worked with a diverse range of people from all walks of life. Her talk will resonate with those who are sober curious or currently taking a break from alcohol.

Laura Hubbard

This talk will explore case studies and real-life examples of how nature-based therapeutic approaches have supported neurodivergent clients. It will examine the ways in which natural environments can boost dopamine, serotonin, and endorphin levels, enhancing emotional well-being.

Daniel Waples

With over 30 millions views on YouTube, Daniel Waples has recorded 10 albums to date and performing in almost 50 countries across 6 continents. Daniel spreads the gospel of the HandPan, an acoustic musical instrument associated with energy work and alternative healing, and one which he hopes will become a Symbol for universal peace and the Inner journeys all people take pursuing their individual Paths.

Amy D'Sa

During this talk Clinical Psychologist Amy D'Sa will explore why it is so normal for us to meet resistance [challenges] when we meditate, especially if we get in contact with strong feelings or beliefs. Drawing on Buddhist psychology principles, ancient teachings and research she will share the ways we can meet these experiences with compassion; how we can learn the art of being with what is here, now, with our whole heart.
