Laughter Yoga

Join Cat for a truly joy-FULL and uplifting session where you get to feel fully yourself again.

Laughter yoga is a series of laughter exercises that involve engaging your diaphragm to produce deep, hearty and loud belly laughter. 

This session is suitable for all levels; all you need to bring is your curiosity and a willingness to laugh.
